The European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education is a stakeholder organisation of quality assurance agencies (QAAs) in the European Higher Education Area.
Only those QAAs whose procedures are overall compliant with the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) may become full members of the association.
In order to become and remain members of the association, agencies must undergo a periodic assessment of their procedures by ENQA to verify their compliance with the ESG.
The CTI is a full member of ENQA since 2005. The renewal of the CTI’s ENQA full membership was confirmed in 2009, in 2014 and in 2019 and is valid until end of June 2024.
EQAR
The European Quality Assurance Register (EQAR) is the European Higher Education Area’s official register of QAAs, listing those that substantially comply with the ESG.
The results of an ENQA assessment may be taken into account and analysed by EQAR in order to include the agency in the register.
The CTI is in the register since 2010 and was confirmed in 2014 and 2019. The current registration is valid until end of June 2024.
All the decisions and recommendations and evaluation reports of the CTI are published on the CTI website and in EQAR’s database, Database of External Quality Assurance Results (DEQAR).
